Session approval is required for all events. The group liaison will be contacted by the church’s office staff once Session makes a determination.
Building Use Fees
**Member and non-member: For any event that requires ministerial services, the minister's compensation must be negotiated directly with the minister prior to the event.
Member and Non-Member: Use of Fellowship Hall, Kitchen, and/or Sanctuary by members and non-members requires housekeeper fee.
NOTE: Music programs require approval of the church’s Music Director and Session. Please note on the Building Use Request form that you request the Music Director contact you. Use the event description text box on the form.
